Evolution shutters are approved for use in The State of Florida by the Board of Commissioners approval number 15888.

The clear-as-glass panels in our shutters come with a manufacturer's warranty of 10 years against discoloration and breakage. To this date, we have yet to have a warranty claim filed.

Evolution shutters are used on homes, businesses, strip plazas, churches, schools and military installations. Anywhere that storm protection is needed is where an Evolution shutter can be utilized.

We've been supplying homeowners with Evolution shutters for years. Many of the photos in our Gallery are homeowner installed - many of our homeowners are retired. If you're somewhat handy, can use a drill/driver and have a helper, chances are that you can install your own Evolution shutters. To our knowledge, they are the simplest hurricane shutter to install on the market.

If you're in an area that doesn't have an Evolution shutter dealer near you, you can purchase your shutters direct from our facility. 

You'll need to provide:

1. Your name and the address of your project.
2. The dimensions of each exterior window opening you want to protect.
3. A photo of each window opening.
4. You may/may not need to provide additional info or measurements after this information is received, but not usually.

The aluminum frames are available in 4 standard colors; white, ivory, beige and bronze to blend in with most window frame and hurricane shutter colors. Custom colors are available upon request as an upgrade.

If you're just looking for basic hurricane protection or are just "flipping" a house for a quick profit, Evolution shutters probably aren't a good fit for you. But if you're looking for something that works for you every day with energy savings, added security and peace of mind that your family and home is protected whether you're home or away, Evolution shutter might be just what you're looking for.

Our standard Evolution shutter is designed for hurricane and everyday security protection only. 

If you require additional levels of protection, an Evolution shutter can be fitted with glazing options to provide bullet resistance up to UL752 Level 6 for schools and other places that require elevated levels of protection.
